Reservation Policy

• Pay in full amount when you book.
• Guests must be 18 years or older.
• No foreign national at goSTOPS Gurugram and goSTOPS Bengaluru HSR
  We don't have the requisite permissions to host foreigners at these locations.
• Rates can change based on availability and season.
• GST applies to all purchases at goSTOPS.
• Check your booking voucher to ensure that the date, rate, and room type match what you have booked.
• Choose the right dorm according to your gender: Mixed, Male Only, or Female Only.
  Men are not allowed to check-in to a female dorm, and women are not allowed to check-in to a male dorm. No refunds will be applicable in such cases.
• Private rooms accommodate only 2 people, extra beds are not available.
• In order to enhance the safety of our guests, we have implemented industry first smartphone (IOS / Android) operable digital door locks at most locations (except Srinagar and Mumbai), hence the guests are required to possess a smartphone (IOS / Android) while they stay at goSTOPS for accessing their respective room.

Cancellation & Changes

• Cancel or modify your reservation for free up to five days before the check-in date (except otherwise notified as Non-refundable bookings).
  For example, if your check-in is on January 8, you can cancel or modify until 11:59 p.m. on January 3.
• No changes allowed after the cut-off date.
• Email at hello@gostops.com to cancel or modify your booking.
  Bookings made to OTA partners like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc., can be cancelled only via them only.
• Refunds are processed immediately but might take upto 10 days to reach your bank.
• No-Shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
• No refunds for early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 1 PM onwards. Early check-in is free but subject to availability.
  Early check-in availability can only be confirmed on the day of check-in. We cannot confirm early check-in in advance. Please inquire when you arrive at the property.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Early Check-in available only after 7AM. For checking-in earlier, you have to book the previous night.
• Check-out: before 10AM. Late check-out is not possible.
  Our properties have common areas, shared washrooms and luggage storage. You can use these facilities before check-in and after check-out.
• Bring a valid ID: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport.
• For foreign guests need a passport with valid visa.
• IDs with local addresses are not accepted (except goSTOPS Dehradun Maldevta, goSTOPS Alibaug.).
• Couple-friendly hostel, but both guests must be over 18.
• No non-resident guests beyond the reception.

Stay Policy

• Free Wi-Fi up to 2GB per user per day. Additional data available for purchase.
• Observe "Silent hours" from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Alcohol consumption at goSTOPS properties.
• Smoking is allowed in designated smoking zones only. All rooms are non-smoking.
• Unlawful activities (eg. gambling, prostitution, illegal goods, drugs) are strictly prohibited.
• No eating in dorms or private rooms.
• Limited Vehicle Parking, subject to availability.
• Swimming Pool available at selected goSTOPS locations.
  Seasonal swimming pool access at your own risk.
• Common areas and gadgets for entertainment cannot be restricted by guests.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings stored in the lockers. Hostel not responsible for lost or damaged items. Lost locker key penalty: INR 500.
• Heaters are available on request for private rooms to keep things cozy. Dorms, however, do not include heaters.
• Guests are responsible for property damage and will be charged accordingly.
• goSTOPS reserves the right to admission.
• At goSTOPS we have a 24*7 Cafe and "NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES" are allowed inside the premises, except at Srinagar and Mumbai.
• Images shown are for representation purposes only - actual room category and setup might vary, but the good vibes are guaranteed!
• The possession, carrying, or storage of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapons is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises for the safety and comfort of all.

Food and Beverage Policy

Breakfast Policy (Applies only for Breakfast Included rates)

• Breakfast Timing: Breakfast will be served daily between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Breakfast Schedule: Breakfast will be served on the second day of the booking and subsequent days.
  If the booking is from the 1st to the 2nd, breakfast will be served on the 2nd; if the booking is from the 1st to the 3rd, breakfast will be served on the 2nd and 3rd.
• Breakfast Selection: Guests can only choose their breakfast from the breakfast combo options, and these cannot be changed to other items.
• No Refunds: Breakfast is part of the breakfast package and therefore cannot be refunded.

Pet (cats and dogs) Policy

1. Only cats and dogs are allowed.
2. Pets are allowed only in the private room at an extra cost of INR 500+18% GST.
3. Pets must not disturb other guests.
4. You're at all times responsible for your pets.

Foreign Guest Policy

1. All foreign nationals should have a valid passport with a valid visa.
2. Some of our properties i.e goSTOPS Gurugram and goSTOPS Bengaluru HSR currently don't have required licenses to host foreign citizens.
3. Citizens of Pakistan, China, Myanmar might need extra requirements to stay.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Policy

• Members must be 18 years or older.
• Buy your Membership on the goSTOPS app or website. Pay in full when you buy.
• GST applies to all Membership purchases.
• Choose the plan that suits you. Your discount, free breakfast, early-bird discount, goCOINS and goodies depend on the plan you pick.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Membership is for you only. It cannot be shared or transferred.
• Benefits apply to direct bookings on the goSTOPS app or website only.
  Bookings made on OTA partners like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc., are not eligible.
• All benefits are subject to availability.
• These Membership Terms & Conditions are supplemental to and shall be read in conjunction with goSTOPS's General Terms & Conditions available at gostops.com/stay/static/tnc. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions, these Membership Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

goCOINS

• 1 goCOIN = INR 1, and can be used on your future bookings.
• goCOINS have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• goCOINS expire when your Membership expires.
• If you cancel a booking, the goCOINS earned on it are reversed.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.
• If you cancel or modify a stay booked with Membership benefits, the standard cancellation policy applies, and any discount or goCOINS used are adjusted accordingly.
• We may suspend or cancel a Membership for misuse or fraud, with no refund.

Pass Terms & Conditions

Pass Policy

• Pass holders must be 18 years or older.
• Buy your Pass on the goSTOPS app or website. Pay in full when you buy.
• GST applies to all Pass purchases.
• The Pass gives you a flat discounted nightly rate at participating mountain and beach locations.
• The rate, room type and list of locations are shown when you buy, and can change from time to time.
• The Pass is valid for the period and number of nights shown at purchase.
• Unused nights expire at the end of the validity period. They are not refundable or extendable.
• The Pass is for you only. It cannot be shared or transferred.
• Benefits apply to direct bookings on the goSTOPS app or website only.
• These Pass Terms & Conditions are supplemental to and shall be read in conjunction with goSTOPS's General Terms & Conditions available at gostops.com/stay/static/tnc. In the event of any conflict between these Pass Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions, these Pass Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  No refunds for wrong-gender check-ins.
• Standard check-in and check-out timings and ID rules apply.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel a stay booked with your Pass, the standard cancellation policy applies.
• No-Shows are treated as a used night.
• We may suspend or cancel a Pass for misuse or fraud, with no refund.
